Since the formation in March 2020, we have been busy little bees!
Scars to Stars® has produced two free virtual summits, one 3-day virtual event and
released the first best-selling book on February 22, 2022!
We have two more books coming out this year, September 22 and November 22!

~ A free course called H.O.P.E. to help people to understand how to start the conversation around suicide and arm them with information for their community.
The upcoming SCAR Course will help with the first steps of healing for survivors, ideation and loss survivors.
The STAR Course will be the course around writing your story in one of our books. If you are interested, please fill out the 'tell your story' form on our website at realizefoundation.org
Lastly, in October, we will do a free online #SaveALifeChallenge around the H.O.P.E. Course and produce a fundraising virtual event on October 22, 2022.
