Want to get your SANITY back?

Updated: Jul 4, 2022

Back in November 2020 I created a business named Genius & Sanity.

I had recently closed my 10-year, award-winning, multi million dollar business due to the pandemic. This business was all about high end destination focused incentive trips for corporate elites. The type of events that did not translate to virtual and are still not back in full force. I lost everything I worked for all those years.

To make a long story short, it was a blessing in disguise! Let me explain...

Since my childhood, I was driven to achieve... everything!

Most kids have an idea of one thing they want to be when they grow up, but me? I wanted to be and do everything I learned about. And I pushed myself to be the best at everything I tried. Of course there were times that I stunk at things and then the depression and anxiety would set in. For some reason, I was out to prove to the world that I could do anything I put my mind to.

Funny how later in life I became familiar with Napoleon Hill and his 17 principles of Success. In 2018 I was asked to participate in a book about his principles, Journeys to Success the Tom Cunningham Tribute.

To this day, I am still driven but in a different way...

My new found purpose in the world in 2020 was to take better care of myself.

After spending the last two years focusing on research and self care, I have learned so many things that would have been super helpful earlier in life!

If you are an entrepreneur or business owner, I am sure you ca relate to this list of grievances:

>> Working around the clock, never a day off, always getting a call / text for your help

>> Sleep eludes you on a consistent basis

>> You skip meals because your clients need you (they eat while you talk...)

>> You do not have time for self care... that is a luxury (gym, spa, quiet time, etc)

>> You missed your kid's game, or date night.... AGAIN

>> Every day, you are being pulled in different directions, putting out fires

>> You start your work day when everyone else is finished

>> You wonder when you will ever 'make it' so you can have your life back

If this list is your list too, I hope you will schedule a call to chat with me about it!
